This is the best example of a closed frame. The subject is sort of blurred but in the reflection the subject is clear.

This is a shallow focus picture because the background is fully blurred.

This is my best example of deep focus because everything in the shot can be seen.

 This is a standard focus but using rule of thirds where the background is clear, but the subject is a little blurred and at mostly the top of the screen.
